Given the recent wet and wintry weather, we are throwing back to last year when we were treated to a lovely sunny morning when on site in Central London filming for a major client. The Client, a leading construction and engineering company specialise in innovative construction techniques, most notably on this project, the use of a jump form rig to help build this 50 storey mixed-use building in the heart of London’s trendiest district, Shoreditch.

The jump form rig is the black meshed area at the top of the central structure and permits a fast construction process, less crane time is required, the jump form is independently supported, the process can be used in high winds and high quality finishes can be achieved.

Operating in London was a difficult process but our priority is to always operate safely and within the law. We obtained the necessary permissions and liaised with relevant parties throughout the lengthy planning stages.

Results achieved show our efforts were rewarded and the Client was delighted with the video output. All in all, a successful Sunday morning in the sunshine!
