We were recently commissioned by a new national client to carry out a visual drone inspection of one of their major property assets within their portfolio.  They required a close quarter inspection of some key components on the roof of this former cotton and textiles Mill.  We utilised our drones to fly within 1-5 metres of the roof, to inspect and assess the condition of the major roof components.  This visibility would have been impossible due to accessibility issues and safety concerns without the extensive use of expensive scaffolding.  Therefore, for their requirements of gathering HD video and detailed photography, drones were ideal and enable them to be proactive and plan any remedial works.  Drones saved our client time, money and health & safety risk.  Some key commercial benefits of using drones within industry.
